We started Remote& | AI because we saw teams across the GCC struggling with the same problems: Excel spreadsheets for payroll, email chains for leave approvals, WhatsApp groups for HR requests, and Word documents for contracts.
We replaced all of that with a single bilingual platform — built from the ground up for the Middle East. Arabic and English. GOSI and WPS. Saudi Labor Law and GCC compliance. Not a western tool with a translation layer, but software designed for how business actually works in this region.
Launched in Saudi Arabia. Now expanding across the GCC. Built to help companies hire, pay, and manage their teams.
